When planning a destination wedding Orlando has plenty of choices to make it a special day. The area has been a favorite tourist location for many years because there are plenty of things to do, the weather is outstanding and the scenery is beautiful. These are just a few of the reasons why it has become a popular choice for a dream wedding celebration. Friends and family will love attending an event in this beautiful location and you will be able to capture many photo memories.

Lake Eola Park is a great choice and is situated right in the center of downtown. Its a public park but there are areas reserved for special occasions which can be rented by the hour. The Park is famous for its choreographed fountain light show and is a great backdrop. Additionally, there are swan paddle boats that can be incorporated into the formalities.

Of course Orlando is known for Disney World and if you want to add some Disney magic to your ceremony, plan it for this location. How cool would a wedding be set underneath a spectacular fireworks display, in front of Cinderella castle or on the grounds of Epcot center. Disney has planners available to help you turn your fairytale dreams into beautiful reality.

If your preference is a beach location, Paradise Cove on Lake Bryan can provide you with just that. There is a grassy lawn area or a sandy beach available as a setting for the event. It has the capabilities to host both the reception and ceremony.

How exciting would it be to have your special day hosted at the Hard Rock Cafe. Here you can get sophistication combined with rock music to partake in a spectacular one of a kind event. Hard Rock supplies a planning team that helps with all the details involved in the decor, the atmosphere, the dining, and the ceremony.

Winter Park Chapel is a pretty chapel that is perfect for an intimate moment. Winter Park is located in the Orlando area. The grounds of the chapel are gorgeous and offer a beautiful backdrop for unique photo memories.

The Villas at Grand Cypress is a popular choice for weddings. Several sites provide the perfect atmosphere including the ballroom, the grand lawn and the lakeside terrace. You will be sure to have a grand celebration at this venue.

Harry P. Leu Gardens is a wonderful spot for a garden wedding ceremony. Located just minutes from the downtown area, it makes it very convenient for guests to get to. There are four preferred locations in the gardens including the Floral Clock, the Rose Garden, the Landing or the lawn of the Leu House.

If your choice for a unique wedding venue is a museum setting, then the Orlando Art Museum or the Orlando Science museum would foot the bill. Both are great settings with the Art museum having a more modern look. Your guests will appreciate the sophisticated atmosphere of a museum site.

As a favorite destination wedding Orlando is hard to beat. The weather and scenery will give you an absolutely spectacular setting for the day of your dreams. Additionally, you will be able to capture the memories with great photography opportunities.
